Cancellation Policy

Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the business and earnings for our technicians. Therefore, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellation, if necessary. In the event that less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be liable to pay a fee of 50% of booked service charge. In the event of continuous no show or repeat late cancellations, you will be liable to pay a fee amounting to the entire charge of the service(s) booked and a 50% deposit would required for future appointments.
