Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment at or purchasing merchandise from Crown Creations, you automatically agree to all of the Terms & Conditions stated hereinafter.

Complaints & Our Guarantee

Crown Creations want every client to be 100% happy with their hair. If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution. We promise that if your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you free hair extensions maintenance until your issue has been resolved, provided that it is our own hair supplied. Upon initiation of a complaint, you will be referred to the Salon Manager, immediately, who will deal with the complaint. We will ask you to return within two weeks of the original appointment to enable us to offer you advice and where criteria meets adjustments if you have simply changed your mind or if you return after the first 3 days for service 30 days for products bought online, normal charges may apply.

If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair extension or cut the hair yourself or a third party then this guarantee becomes null and void in all circumstances.

It is completely normal and acceptable for a client’s cut or colour to be carried out every 2-3 months which is why you will be charged as per normal once the two week period has passed. We welcome feedback and it is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.

Inclusive in the cost paid for hair extension services is the hair extensions and the fitting service. Crown Creations will always try to resolve any issues that a client might have with any teething issues. Teething issues include: any visible bonds after fitting, any bonds that have come loose (this can be from accidental pulling with a comb), maintenance advice or any issue you could have! this doesn’t include maintenance as this is a separate service.

In rare instances the hair extensions can irritate the scalp and cause itching, we will always suggest a solution to resolve any issues - this will be covered by a team member and can be resolved very easily. Few clients do feel a pain sensation for the first night to the fifth night. This usually subsides within this time and is caused because of the bonds that are have been fitted are pushing against your head when sleeping. As with anything that is physically attached to your body, it will take time to get used to this sensation.

Returns Policy

We adhere to a strict no refunds policy, this means that you understand that refunds are not given under any circumstance. Hair extensions are hygienic goods and cannot be accepted back under any such circumstance once they have been fitted.

We guarantee our workmanship for 7 days and will refit any bonds that have come loose, slid out or need any adjustment, this will be when a team member is next free in the salon for an appointment. We will always try and help and if any issues continue past this time period.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the business and earnings for our technicians.

Therefore, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellation, if necessary. In the event that less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be liable to pay a fee of 50% of booked service charge.
